Now as before, most of the communities collect the garbage fractions in a separate tour (such as biomaterials, packaging, residues). This is unnescessarily uneconomic. However, a garbage vehicle with two or three stowage rooms has to drive only a single tour - this is much more comfortable and cheaper. Such a vehicle is head and shoulders above the alternating collection of different garbage materials with common (mono)vehicles.

As horizontally split vehicles are fundamentally advantageous, for this we developed an innovative concept as a rearloader. This kind of vehicles will keep in future an important share of the market. Here, the problems are the highest and front- or sideloaders can be derived easily.

Our new vehicle (as a rearloader) in action:

Loading residues (left side into the upper stowing room) and biomaterials (right into the lower one)
  • Both lifters work independently left and right, that means without waiting for another.
  • Loading heights and -times are distinctly reduced in comparison with normal horizontally split vehicles.
  • Bad sorted biomaterials might be loaded to the remaining refuse. This maintains quality.

Important are:

  • short loading times for the garbage
  • to keep the fractions surely separated (also when the stowage rooms have to be emptied)
  • not to be forced to drive to an other destination when partly emptied and
  • to transport the garbage to handling installations with detachables container-stowingrooms. This saves reloading.
